BOARD OF DIRECTORS

1. John J. Leary, COB
After serving as a Cryptographer in the U.S.A.F., Mr. Leary served as COO, VP, Director, & Mgr of Ops, Mfg, & Mfg Engineering at AMP, Tyco, M/A-Com, Computervision, Raytheon, United Technologies, & Filtronic Comtek. Highlights of Mr. Leary’s career include returning Filtronic Comtek to profitability within 2 quarters after 26 successive quarters of losses, bottom line enhancement of several companies, and integration of Global Operations for AMP Divisions in the Eastern & Western Hemispheres.

2. Fred Gagnon, Director
After serving as the youngest C.P.O. in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Gagnon served as COO of Kollsman Instrument Co. (Div. of Sun Chemical) which he returned to profitability by increasing sales from $25m to $200m while maintaining one of the highest profit margins in DoD 2nd source manufacturing.

Mr. Gagnon also held positions as VP of Mfg at G.D. Electronics, Engineering Mgr at Hughes, & Dept. Director at Litton. Highlights of Mr. Gagnon’s career include COO overseeing the development of the Mobile Infrared Night Sight for the U.S. Army Infantry, the Laser Range Finder for the U.S. Army Tank Command, the RADAR altimeter for the U.S.N. Cruise missile; and start up of KMC, a company manufacturing medical instrumentation for EU Enterprises.

Mr. Gagnon served as State Director – Fed’l Jobs Dev Program, Finance Committee Advisor for NH Gov. John Sununu, State Coordinator for DE Gov. & U.S. Rep Pierre Dupont, & Committeeman for U.S. Senators Warren Rudman, Robert Smith, & Gordon Humphreys.

3. Sylvia M. Klinger, Director
After serving in the U.S. Army-Military Intelligence Command, Ms. Klinger served as Assistant Director of DoD Projects at Moody Engineering, and Assistant to the Project Manager of DoD Programs at Top Gun, Inc. providing support on Projects including Boeing’s Egyptian “Peace Shield” Radar Program (SW TEST), Simmond’s USAF B1 Bomber Fuel Control Program (NEMP), Kollsman’s USAF FLIR & US ARMY MCTNS Programs (R&M), and several other classified DoD Programs.

4. John Charles Aruzian, Chief Operating Officer
After service in the U.S.A.F. Reserve, Mr. Aruzian served as COO, Prog Dir, Proj Mgr & Contracter at DoD prime and subcontractors including United Engineering, Page Communications Engineers (Div of Northrup), Associated Engineering, RCA, ILCO, Moody Engineering, Raytheon Space & Missile Systems, and U.S. Dielectric.

Mr. Aruzian served as a Member of the Urban League, New England Dir – Nat’l Assoc for Justice, Councilman at Large for the Mohegan Council – Boy Scouts of America, Advisor to several Community Action Centers, Coordinator of the National Alliance of Businessmen’s Job Dev Prog – U.S. Dept of Labor, de facto Advisor to DE Gov & U.S. Rep Pierre Dupont, and is a Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

5. Edward Yee, President
Mr. Yee served as Engineering Mgr, Product Mgr & Programs Mgr in the Government Networking Group, Special Sys Div, Mid-Range Server Div, Linux Program Office & High Performance Computing Div, & Mgr of hi-vol server product lines at Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq, & HP for over 30 years.

Mr. Yee has designed comm sys for commercial & DoD Intellicommunications, and managed RADAR sys embedded software dev for the Boeing Peace Shield Program.

Being certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), Mr. Yee serves as Board Member & Past President of the Central Mass Chapter – PMI, & Director of several Non Profit Boards, Advisory Councils & Industry Panels.

6. Eileen C. Lionson, Director
Ms. Lionson has functioned as Technical Transcriber/Analyst at Raytheon Space & Missile Systems, Contractor Analyst at RCA, and Security Officer (DoD & ComSat)/President of Moody Engineering, where she was responsible for Program Support of Subcontract Related Design Requirements for the Sander’s USAF F16 Fighter ATE Program (ILS), Boeing’s Egyptian “Peace Shield” Radar Program (SW TEST), Simmond’s USAF B1 Bomber Fuel Control Program (NEMP), Kollsman’s USAF FLIR & US ARMY MCTNS Programs (R&M), GE’s US ARMY Bradley Fighting Vehicle Program (STRESS ANALYSIS), MacDonnell Douglas’ USN Cruise Missile Program (CAPACITY STUDY), and several Classified Programs at other primes including Martin Marietta, Raytheon, and Lockheed.

Ms. Lionson served with the Cub Scouts of America, Campfire Girls, Girl Scouts of America, and The Prospect House Community Action Center.

7. Greg Nomland, Director
After serving as a Logistics Officer in the U.S.A.F., Mr. Nomland held positons and VP & GM, CFO, Group Controller, Plant GM (2 Enterprises), and Project Mgr at Herkules Controls, Burrough Corp, Diebold, Harrah’s OpsCo, and Smith & Nephew. Highlights of Mr. Nomland’s career include directing dev of a new product line, turn around of maintenance/logistics ops, Development & Implementation of an Integrated Logistics Div to serve Nat’l & Int’l markets, and Implementation of several ERP Programs (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

IN MEMORIAM

S.V. Saginor
After serving in the U.S. Army (Worked on development of the Flame Thrower and Naplam), Mr. Saginor served as CEO, Pres, CFO, EVP, Director, VP-Tech Services, VP-Corp Planning & Overseas Serv, and V.P./G.M. in European, Asian & Far East Ops at John-Manville, Carbide & Carbon Chemicals, Gladding-McBean, ILCO, & Davey Compressor. In addition, Mr. Saginor has been responsible for the “turn around” of several domestic and foreign enterprises.

Mr. Saginor is past Director of the CA Mfg Assoc., Builders Hardware Mfg Assoc., Management Div. of American Ordinance Assoc. Member of the American Mgmnt Assoc., Sigma Delta Chi, Nat’l Soc of Professional Engineers, Nat’l Soc of Ceramic Engineers, American Soc of Mechanical Engineers, American Ceramic Society, Masons, Rotary, and the Jonathon Club. Mr. Saginor is the recipient of the Macdonald Carey Award, as well as official honors by the City of L.A., County of L.A., State of CA, & the U.S. Congress. Mr. Saginor is listed in Marquis “Who’s Who in America”. Mr. Saginor recently passed away, but will remain a Spiritual influence on our BoD in remembrance of one of the most astute and unpretentious Businessman with whom we have ever had the pleasure of association.

Donald Carlson, Lt. Col., USA
After a distinguished Military career as Deputy Commander of Communications-Vietnam, and Deputy Commander of Security for the Material Support Command-Europe, Colonel Carlson held civilian posts including General Project Mgr – Iranian Public Works in Tehran, Gov Sys Prog Mgr of Digital Equipment Corp, & State Rep in the NH Legislature. Col. Carlson recently passed away, but will remain on our Board to complete his last mission with the Company.

John O’Leary
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. O’Leary enjoyed a long career with the CIA where he retired as Special Representative-New England, Central Intelligence Agency for Security, and as Director of Security for Defense & Foreign Programs at Kollsman Systems. Mr. O’Leary has passed away, but shall always be included on our Board as a token of our respect and esteem for a truly patriotic American, a fine Gentleman, and a compassionate human being.
